General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Deviry contains the female hormone medroxyprogesterone which is used in regularising period. Deviry is not a contraceptive and hence does not prevent pregnancy. But this drug is started only after ruling out pregnancy. If you are pregnant after starting the drug, you should stop the drug. I would suggest you to treat your irregular cycles first and then plan for pregnancy in the next 3 to 4 months.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
