Good morning...i am pregnant now and i am gonna enter 6th month....i have a migraine problem from last 10 years. My doctor suggested me to take dolo650 whenever i get migraine during pregnancy and i used to take two tablets during the pain...

All drugs need to be avoided during pregnancy unless absolutely necessary.
Dolo 650 contains paracetamol, and some reports have suggested a link between the drug and development of asthma in children whose mothers took the drug.
You can take it only if you feel very bad.
