Is It Safe To Take Duoluton And Aletritone During Conception?

Hello doctor,My age 29. I m trying for pregnant.LH and FSH range is 7.83 and 5.23 respectively. I have pcod problem so tat irregular period also. Now my doctor prescribed me to take Duoluton L tablets and Aletritone syrab. She informed me tat I ll not get pregnant while I m taking this. My doubt is what is the use of these tablets and syrab. Whether it ll help to get pregnant after taking?.

Duoluton L is a combination of hormones estrogen and progesterone commonly used for the treatment of irregular periods.

Aletritone syrup is a herbal formulation claimed to be effective in regularizing the menstrual cycles and thus increase the chances of pregnancy.

The main purpose of using these medications in the treatment of PCOD is to regularize the period so that other drugs which help in ovulation can be used.
