Is It Safe To Take Endura Mass To Increase The Weight?

Hello!!! M 19yr old, n my weight is only 37kg. I want to gain maximum weight within a month. N my problem is I I don't lyk eating eating much and I jst can't take cream n ghee down my throat!!!! Is endura mass is perfect for my diet? Does it have any side effects??
