Is It Safe To Take Etova For Severe Body Pain?

Sir, My wife is suffering from severe body pains including shoulders , back pain chest pain. she was given Etova 400 . but there is no response for that .how to get rid of these pains.She is at the age of 72 years. All test reports shows normal readings. She is unable to tolerate the pains. Could you please suggest a good medicine please.
