Is It Safe To Take Fruta Planta?

Hi, I am 28 yrs old, I weigh 250 lbs, I have thryroids and I am taking a medication called lorpressor (not too sure of the name) they say its used for high blood pressure but my doctor never told me I had high blood pressure. I have a question about the diet pill called fruta planta. What is your opinion about me taking the pill. I am on my third day of taking the pill.
