General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

These medicines are safe during pregnancy. Gleedox is a combination of doxylamine, pyridoxine and folic acid. It is commonly used to treat and prevent nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. Whereas Vitafol is a combination of multivitamins and iron commonly prescribed to treat and prevent anemia during pregnancy.

There is no documented evidence of any harmful effects caused by these medicines during pregnancy. Hence continue to take them as prescribed.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
