Is It Safe To Take Glimiprix,storfib And Telsar For Diabetes?

i m 42 years old man. having dibetic.and taking medicine of glimiprix, storfib,and telsar. morning i used to take one glimiprix tablet and one tablet telsar after breakfast. noon i used to take one glimiprix tablet and one volix tablet after meals and night i used to take one glimiprix tablet and one storfib tablet after dinner as per doctors adviced.but i used to found my sexual parts penis are not before as hard and tight and small,and not for ready to intercourse with my wife. so, my wife had a age of 34 years, and she need intercourse with me daily 2 to 3 times with harder my penis to get her till vegina fluide comes out,which i cannot make satisfied with my present penis. so what to do.wheather i will take any pills before intercourse with her vegina.and also her vegina is very much dry always.so,while doing intercourse no water or fluide discharge from her vegina.it is too much time to take come out. so i need her vegina always with water with fluid.so, doing intercourse it will very much easy to push penis inside her vegina to make her to happy and relax.so advice which tablets she would like to take.her age is 34,weight 75kg,

Sir, I think you need to check sugars and bring it under normal range of HbA1c your tablets are fine. the question is whether you are getting adequate control.
Your symptoms are suggestive of erectile dysfunction which settles down in 50% of men with good sugar control.
You can use lubricating gel during intercourse for the dryness. after sugar control if problem persists you would need to consult an urologist
