Is It Safe To Take Ibuprofen Along With Irbeartan And Lipitor?

I have a tooth ache - But cannot get to a dentist until tomorrow. I want to buy some pain killer like Ibuprofen but I am a little nervous because I have had by pass surgery. I take Irbeartan and also lipitor. I read some reports that Ibuprofen might complicate things. what do you think?
