Is It Safe To Take Iron And Protein Tablets For Posterior Fetus With Low Lying Placenta?

Dear Sir/Madam, my wife had her IVF done and the same is successful as there are two live foetuses. However, we could not take the heat at Rajasthan and had returned. Now we are consulting a doctor in Bareilly. She has told us that the foetus is posterior low lying placenta. She has made Duphaston discontinued and has only prescribed iron, calcium and protein tablets/supplements. Does my wife not need any other medications for keeping the pregnancy continued.

These measures are sufficient for this condition. Nothing to worry at this time. Special precautions should be taken at the time of delivery. Please don't ignore any Vaginal bleeding.
