Is It Safe To Take Ketorolac And ASA Together?

We are using a multi modal pain management protocol that includes ketorolac, 15 or 30 mg IV every 6 hrs x 48 hours after joint replacement surgery. Some orthopaedic surgeons want to use ASA 325 mg daily for prophylactic anticoagulation. Patients would receive two doses of ASA while they are on the ketorolac. We are getting pushback from pharmacy because the label comes up "contraindicated" to take these drugs simultaneously. We are not using ketorolac if Cr is > 1.5
