Is It Safe To Take Lexapro And Wellbutrin Together?

Hi I'm currently taking Pritisq it's like effexor and it giving me the most unbearable migraines which have some pretty weird side effects I have a doctors appointment on Monday which is about 30 hours away to change my meds back to lexapro and add wellburtin to it. Do you think it's ok to stop my pristiq now so I can start my new meds next week so the pristiq is out of my system it has only made me feel much worse. Also what are your thought on the lexapro wellburtin combination any help is good help
