Is It Safe To Take Lisinopril, Amlodipine, And Metoprolol For High BP After Methamphetamine Use, With Slightly Elevated BP And Heart Rate?

I have taken three different high blood pressure medications today because my blood pressure was very high due to meth use, I took 40mgs of lisinopril early this morning and it lowered my blood pressure for a while but then it started going higher and higher so I looked online at different sites trying to get advice on how to lower it so I then at about 6:30 this afternoon took 10mgs amlodipine and 100mgs metoprolol. My blood pressure was 141/111 and my heart rate was 125 will I be ok and not overdose on blood pressure medication?
