Is It Safe To Take Methadone And Klonopin Together?

i have been prescribed methadone and a low dose of clonnipin when needed I take 30mg of methadone at 9am and now its 14 hours later and im having a panic attack can I take my. 5 mg of clonnipin and it be safe I read about the two meds killing people. I need help bad asap
