Is It Safe To Take Methycobal And Foley Catheter Post Open Heart Surgery?

hi sir, i had an brain hambrege in oct due to valve leakege infection in heart . have open heat surgery from apolo hospitals and change the valve both meteral and arota valve now its ok but have a problem of cant lession on the phones docs prescibe the methycobal tab and foley tab.it is right to have that tablets for my hearing problem..

Methylcobalamine and folic acid are water soluble vitamins, essential for a range of physiological processes in the body, including RBC and DNA synthesis, structural tissue repair, homocysteine metabolism as well as optimal cardio-vascular, reproductive, immune and nervous system functions.

This way it can help in restoring the hearing loss due to its structural repairing action on the nerves of inner ear. It may be particularly beneficial, if the deafness is of neuro-deafness type, particularly as a result of use of drugs or medicines etc.
