Is It Safe To Take Metpure And Nikoran Together?

can Metpure xl 25 , Nikoran 5 and Tamsen AM, be taken together?my father is 55 years old . we have lost the prescription which was given to him earlier, when he was having a mild pain in his chest towards back. we did ECG and doctor said it was due to hypertension last year .
