Hi sir,I am Abhishek 32 years old living in colaba. I am L5-S1 diffuse disc bulge detected in Jun this year, however I m having back pain since Oct 2014 while shifting server in my office I felt a jerk since then I m having this but now it is severe and also radiates to right lower limb. I also feel pain in the muscles on the right hip. I have also visited many doctors from orthopedic and neurosurgeon from Bombay hospital and my naval hospital INHS Aswini. Bombay hospital suggests minor surgery where as INHS Aswini suggests physiotherapy n exercises for backpain. Now I m taking aayurvedic medicine from last one month but on Saturday my pain increased I have visited doctor he suggested me to ccontinue on sourced medicine and not to do any exercises for 3 weeks n also to take nervijen injection twice a week and Preschool injection once a week for 3 weeks. My question is that is there any side effects
