Is It Safe To Take Panadol Every 4 Hours For Fever?

Hi I am on ale ale donate sandoz since 4 months and would like to take panadol rapid because I am having fever due to the fact that I caught a cold walking in cold rain Since Tuesday. Now I stared to have fever since mid day. Is it safe to take panadol every 4 hours.?

Incomplete data like age, gender, any history of liver disease or alcohol intake.
Yes, Panadol can be taken safely every 4th hourly for the symptomatic treatment of fever.

Maximum dose for adult can be 3-4 gms/day, however in patients with liver disease or alcohol intake the dosage has to be reduced owing to the fact that there is a possibility of liver damage.

You also need to take appropriate treatment of cold.
