Is It Safe To Take Piriton With Prednisolone, Or Should I Take It At Night Instead?

am using Prednisolone 5 mg/ 8 Tab× once a day, is it ok to also take Piriton together ? or should I use piriton at night apart from the 8 tablets am taking in the morning after breakfast or will the predrisolone work alone just fine ? I suffer from allergies. Thank-you in advance, Dr.
