Is It Safe To Take Postoval For Balancing The Hormones?

Hi I would like to know how safe it is to use Postoval. I have irregular periods,sometimes I spend 4 months with no periods. The doctor said I have a hormonal imbalance and suggested Postoval. I don t know what to do,what s the best thing to do? I m turning 20 this year

Post oval is an oral contraceptive pill -estrogen + progesterone used to regulate your menstrual cycles. It is associated with side effects like migraine, weight gain, mood disorders, thrombosis embolism and breast cancer. So take it under medical supervision.
