Is It Safe To Take Rantac In Pregnancy For Acidity And Gastric?

I am 9 weeks pregnant and having nausea and vomiting. Doctor prescribed doxylate + rantac to prevent acids from burning my throat during vomiting and reduce the gas production that is inducing vomiting. Is Rantac safe for me? I take 2 tablets 150mg a day:1-0-1 half an hour before breakfast and dinner
