Is It Safe To Take Resevetra Being A Diabetic?

Arun Naidu 64 years, Bangalore. 0000. I am diabetic since 26 years. I take insulin Novalet-30 (pen), morning before BF 10-0-6 units. with ZIGLIM M2 AND (PPG) VOGLIBOSE. I understand from various research reports Resveratrol, Co Q10, L-Carnitine if taken regularly I can benefit. I found Biocon in Bangalore are manufacturing this combination capsules RESVETRA PLUS. I weigh 71 Kg. I also take Ecospirin AV 150 and Telmisartan 80 mg. Please advise me is it safe to take RESVETRA pLUS.

i can understand your concerns
in my opinion the main ingredients of RESVETRA PLUS are mostly vitamins and antioxidants.
in diabetes usually due to altered metabolic pathways there will be constant generation of free radicals.Those free radicals cause oxidative damage for number of cells
1.free radicals also interfere with glucose utilization.
2.increase lipid peroxidation
3.nerve and renal damage

To prevent this kind of damage body is having natural anti oxidant mechanisms
This natural are enhanced by the medications like coenzyme q and L-carnitine.
