Pulmonologist 's  Response
In my opinion you should first consult pulmonologist and get done chest x ray and pulmonary function test ( PFT ). Acute bronchitis dont last for 1 year. So might be having something else. PFT will guide you further in diagnosis. And romilast l is montelukast and levocetrizine combination. Montelukast is leukotriene receptor blocker and thus antiallergic while levocetrizine is antihistaminic so cough supressant. You may need inhaled therapy in the form of meter dose inhalers having long acting beta 2 agonist and corticosteroids. For all this you need to consult pulmonologist.
