Is It Safe To Take Secnil Forte And DiloxanideFuroate During Pregnancy?

Hi, I’m 15 weeks pregnant and suffering from E.histolytica amoeba infection, my doctor has suggested me Secnil Forte 2g and DiloxanideFuroate 500mg, when I consulted this with other doctor, she told me it is highly unsafe to use this medicine during pregnancy. I’m very confused and worried. Please suggest
