Is It Safe To Take Taxm-o And Oflex-200 For Thyphoid?

i am suffereing from typhoid of typhi-o positive with 1:320 dilutions for the past 10 days. i am taking antibiotics like taxm-o and oflex-200 since 4 days, daily 2 tablets each.
is it sufficient
what diet should it take
my stomach is some what irritating me, if i take little rice
