hello doctor,am using telecast f tablet since one month. ,bt my doctor an immunologst told me to take it for 21 days,bt my doctor is nt availabl nw,he is in abroad,.m fine and better only when i take that medicine. .y so?how many months i should use that tablet?plz reply

Hello,
Teleacast F is a combination of Fexofenadine & Montelukast - the ideal duration of use is 4-6 weeks.
However, if your allergies are very bad you can continue to use it for 3 months
Check with your doctor if a nasal spray will work as you will some more relief with a nasal spray than tablets after some time.
