Is It Safe To Take Tramadol For Stomach Cramps Due To Ulcer?

Hello doctor,I just found out that I have a stomach ulcer. My doctor put me on Omeprazole 20mg and told me not to take any Aleve pills for my menstrual crams. He prescribed me Tramadol HCL 50mg but from what I read they are like narcotics. Please let me know if it s safe to take this medication for my menstrual cramps,Thank you, Bozena

No safe drug is cyclopam with paracetamol tramadol is not as much safe because it's not advisable during daytime.
