General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear patient,
Thanks for your concern about your health,
and welcome to HealthCareMagic.

Z-Pak is a brand name for Azithromycin Oral medication. This is an antibiotic. The two attacks of bronchitis that you got were caused by germs that can be easily eliminated by a full course of Z-Pak. For Z-Pak to work best, it has to be taken regularly, preferably at the same time each day, to
maintain a constant blood level of the antibiotic. Z-Pak can cause nausea and diarrhea in people. However there are other medications like probiotics,
such as lactobacillus tablets that can be used to control the diarrhea. The nausea can be controlled by Domperidone.

I will directly answer your question by asking you to visit your Doctor, and to determine the extent of the infection, and if, another course of
antibiotics is necessary. This is because the germs could develop a resistance to Azithromycin and make your bronchitis difficult to treat.

Z-Pak is not given for Influenza or Viral infections.

Frankly I do not find anything else wrong with you.
Please follow the above suggestions and take care of your health.
