Is It Safe To Take Beta Blockers Antenlolol For Anxiety?

im am taken beta blockers antenlolol for anxiety i have experincece cold sweats body heat cold hand and legs and feet and chest pain and headaches been on them for 2days take them eveings plus havin loose bowl movements (dirreah) and im also on paxi for depression

I think, you have generalized anxiety disorder. In that case, you need combination of treatment. You need both medicine and psychotherapy. Propranalol has better effect on somatic symptoms, so you can replace atenolol with it. Carry on with paxi and you can also try benzodiazepine. In psychotherapy, you can plan some relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing. Better to consult your psychiatrist for proper medicine.
