Is It Safe To Take Blood Thinner When On Methadone?
I may have to take blood thinners due to a blood clot in my leg. I am also on methadone. Are there deadly consequences? Oh and if I die and you want 15.00 to answer one question. Hope you feel good. This is bull shit. Never again. Ill just come clean.

As you mentioned, it would be best to speak to your doctor to let him or her know all the medications, traditional or otherwise, that you may be using.
In terms if interactions, there are no known interactions between methadone and anti coagulants.
It was checked against warfarin, pradax and xarelto.
