Is It Safe To Take Celin 500 Vitamin C And Natvie Forte Daily?

I'm taking celin 500 vitamin C tablet daily once a day. And I'm taking natvie forte vitamin E tablet daily. Are these safe to take everyday. My aim is to build immunity and also I have solar urticaria. So I was told to have vitamin E along with vitamin C.

I have gone through your query. Vitamin C 500 every day is excess. You can take 70 to 100mg daily which will be safe. Taking 500mg daily is risk for getting kidney stones. Vitamin E shouldn't be taken continuously as it is also toxic. Giving intervals of some days will be better.
