Is It Safe To Take Cipro Drops For Ear Infection?

I was just diagnosed with an ear infection and prescribed cipro ear drops as well as bactrim. Afte rmy initial 4 drops this morning, my ear has been constantly draining and making these crackling and grinding sounds - is this going to continue until all the infectin is cleared up? I am assuming the crackling and grinding sounds are agood signs adn that the flood discharging from my ear is infact the infection making it's way out.

Hello

Yes , it is most likely that your ear infection is clearing up , which is causing the crackling sounds. please continue the drops and bactrim and you will be fine in 3-4 days. Please keep the ear dry and do not let any water enter it.

Thanks
