Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
Yes it is safe to take the emergency contraceptive pill or morning after pill on empty stomach. Actually the morning after pill prevents pregnancy by preventing implantation of fertilized egg on uterus & should be taken as early as possible after sex. Taking the pill early increases it success rate.
As you have taken the pill within 12 hours of sex, you should now relax as possibility of pregnancy is very less. There would be no problems of it while taken on empty stomach except for side effects which would taken if you take it anytime.
An emergency contraceptive pill should be used only in case of emergency to prevent pregnancy. Use condom or regular contraceptive pill as method of contraception in future. Regular taking emergency contraceptive pills can cause problems like irregular periods, ovarian hyper-stimulation syndrome & even infertility.

Hope this information helps
Good luck
