Is It Safe To Take Cremalax Laxative During Pregnancy?

i am addicted to cremalax laxative past 6 years now and i cannot relieve my constipation unless i have one tablet every night. i wish to plan my family after 1 year and so i wish to know if it is safe to take this laxative during pregnancy and if not then how should i get my self off this laxative?

Laxatives like fiberlact are safe in pregnancy. But try to improve your diet with fibre rich fruits vevetables greens
