Is It Safe To Take Defcort6,zydip And Menofit For Alopecia Aerata?

hi i just got diagoned with alopecia aerata...I had found 2 bald spots on my scalp 2 months ago. the physician initally put me on topical & oral anifungals for about 10 days & said hair regrowth wld be visible only after about 4-6 weeks. I went back to him in about 15 days & he reffered me to a dermatologist 7 asked me to continue application of the ointment. the derm has told me it s stress related & prescribed tab defcort6, 1 daily for 18 days, zydip lotion twice daily & tab menofit 1 daily for 20 days. is all this safe to take, I am a 36 yr old female.
