Is It Safe To Take Ecosprin 75 During 5th Month Of Pregnancy?

Respected sir,my wife has weight 56kgs bef pregancy.now at 5th month she is 71kgs.her hb is 9.3 gm%,b.p.is 110/80mm of hg,with regular anc check up.my gynacologist started ecosprin75 to prevent PIH.Does it is safe? Has any side effects? Thanking u.Dr pankaj Shingne(M.D.hom)
