Is It Safe To Take Homeopathic Remedies After Splenectomy?

Hello, I am a 56 year old female who presented to the emergency room about 12 years ago with a ruptured spleen and clots in legs arms jugular veins, portal vein to liver. My rupturerd spleen was removed, then six weeks later I had an intestinal resection of large and small intestines. My platelets are always over 2 million and I am on permanent disability. I ve tried hydroyurea, an anagrelide and didn t like side effects. Now my oncologist wants me to try new drug called jakafi. Please, please, can u tell me what i can take homeopathic ally instead and where to order them. Thank u. Also, lately I ve lost a lot of weight and have extremely bone pain. I ve gone from 125 pounds to 114 pounds, and I ve had several iron infusions from January till April. I am still a menstruating woman.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
You history and treatment details suggest that you are suffering from thrombocythemia.
Thrombocythemia is a myeloproliferative disorder wherein the platelet mass is elevated.
The elevated platelet mass is responsible for formation of clots in various parts of the body.
The drugs that your oncologist has prescribed are effective in controlling the symptoms of the disease.
The composition and its effect of homeopathic medication that you have mentioned needs to be known before it can be rendered fit for use.
However, treatment of thrombocythemia is largely allopathic with good control.

Thanks and take care
