Hi. thanks for writing to HCM

Hair loss can be due to various reasons like:

NON SCARING HAIR LOSS TYPES

-ANDROGENETIC ALOPECIA
-ALOPECIA AREATA
-TELOGEN EFFLUVIUM

PRIMARY CICATRICIAL ALOPECIA
-DISCOID LE
-LICHEN PLANO PILARIS
-CENTRAL CENTRIFUGAL CICATRICIAL ALOPECIA

SECONDARY CICATRICIAL ALOPECIA
-FOLLICULITIS DECALVANS

Androgenetic alopecia is the commonest type of hair loss in males. By the age of 30 almost 30% of males have this kind of hair loss and by the age of 50 almost 50% of males have this kind of hair loss.

Treatment modalities include Topical Minoxodil and oral finasteride. Their are well controlled trials and USFDA approval for them for this kind of hair loss in males.

Kerablo men is hair suplplement which contains biotin , calcium pantothenate and various other supplements (vitamins and minerals). It is basically effective only when their is a possible deficiency of any of these. Its efficacy in other types of hair fall is questionable but a lot of dermatologist co-prescribe such combinations along with specific medicines for hair loss.

They are usually not associated with any side effects and can be safely taken for long term

I would advice that you see a dermatologist who would ascertain the exact cause of hair loss and prescribe treatment accordingly.

take care
regards
