Hi,

According to your history there is a possibility of anovulation. Anovulation can be seen due to many causes mainly polycystic ovarian disease and other conditions which will lead to reproductive hormonal imbalance. Your doctor might have advised the tablets to induce the ovulation. You can follow your doctor's advice as the tablets to induce the ovulation will increase the chances of fertility.

After taking the tablets for ovulation induction you have to follow with a follicular study to track the ovulation and have to plan unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation. Usually the success rate of ovulation induction ranges around 20% and you may need to repeat the tablets for a few cycles to get the success sometimes.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
