Is It Safe To Take Morning After Pill While On Warfarin?

I live in the UK and I'm currently on Warfarin. My partner and I always use condoms, however one of them split last night and I plan to go to my local pharmacy in the morning in order to purchase the morning after pill. Is it safe to take the morning after pill whilst on Warfarin? Thank you
