Is It Safe To Take Multivitamins And/or Fish Oil Along With Adderall XR?

Hi, I'm a 22 year old mail recently diagnosed with ADHD. I'm on Adderall XR 25mg and i'm conserned about what vitamins to take while on the medication. Is eating a multivitamin and/or fish oil okay? What kind of vitamins do you recommend me to take and to minimize some of the symptoms. I have recently found that my testicles and penis shrivel up while on it and I connot sustain an errection.
