Is It Safe To Take Neurobion Forte Tablet For Neck Pain?

i ve pain in my neck & i get this pain very often, like i ve a stiff neck but its not a stiff neck. I was prescribed neurobion injections 2 months back & the pain disappeared after 3 injections, i took altogather 5 injection on alternate basis. Is it safe to take neurobion forte tablets instead of injections as the pain is coming back.
