Is It Safe To Take Norethisterone To Delay Period?

Hi! I've taken norethisterone for about 3 days doze to delay my period and I am suppose to get back my period on yesterday but I still didn't get any bleeding yet. However, I'm suffered from an unusual cramp this morning. What does it means? I'm worry. Thank you!
