Is It Safe To Take Phentermine In Present Health Conditions?

I was wondering if it would be safe for me to take phentermine. I am 32 years old and have a heart murmur I also suffer from manic depression and take zoloft for treatment. I am on 4 hydrocodone 10mg. a day for cronic pain, as well as flexaril for muscle spasms. I suffer from asthma, and have a history of fibroid tumors which lead to a hystercomy. I weigh 212 lbs. and am 5'8".
