Is It Safe To Take Protonix After Taking Doxycyline?

Hi, I was given 150mg of doxycycline after a squamous cell removal to be taken 1/day for 6 days.
I'm 106 lbs, female, 5'5". Can I take my protonix pill or should I wait 2 hours after I take the Doxy.
And what about vitamins?
