Is It Safe To Take Supplements Like Step-up To Increase Height?

hello doc,

i am 21 yr old girl. ppl talk about increasing height using different type of supplements like step-up. but my parents dont agree with this . i am doubtful if it causes any side-effects or it helps in increasing ..is there any way i can knw...if there are any chances that my height can b increased!??

Hi my dear,

You are still on the development stage, where you do not need any supplement to increase height.

Generally speaking, the height depends on:
- genetic factor
- environmental conditions
- nutritional factor

So, at your age, eating healthy together with being more physically involved, can help increase height and be healthy.
