Is It Safe To Take The Primolut N During Fatty Liver?

I am 3 years into menopause and I have been prescribed 1/2 tab daily of 5mg Primolut N, in conjuction with the contents of one sachet of Sandrena 1mg Gel. I have also been disagnosed via CT scan & Ultrasound with fatty liver (i.e. 8 cysts & other areas of "patchy density" within the liver). My doctor was aware of this diagnosis. Is it safe to take the Primolut N 5mg tablets on a 1/2 daily basis?
