Is It Safe To Take Vyvanse Along With Zyrtec D?

Hello,

I am currently priscribed 40 mg of Vyvanse daily but am having severe sinus headaches and would like to take Zyrtec D. (which I took before Vyvanse) However I am worried about the drug combination.

For what it is worth, I have taken regular zyrtec with no effect my headaches, for me the "D" part is essential.

So what should I do?
