Is It Safe To Travel After Undergoing Surgery For Wrist Fracture?

Hi my Mother has just had orthopaedic surgery for a wrist fracture. She broke 3 bones (has osteoporosis). She will be discharged from hospital tomorrow. Will it be safe for her to fly home (she is visiting us for Xmas) in 3-4 day's time? She will take 2 flights of approx 2 hours each with a 2 hour break in between. Many thanks
