Hello sir, and I hope I can help you today.

Air travel is safe during pregnancy, in fact, female flight attendants are allowed to work while they are pregnant until the third trimester.

The only risks are that pregnant women can get blood clots in their legs if they are sitting in the same position for a long time, so she should get up and stretch for a few minutes every two house to prevent this problem.

I hope this answers your question and that my advice was helpful.

Best of luck with your wife's pregnancy and delivery,

Dr. Brown
